Not easy to use.

I am a nightshift worker. The app is not flexible.
Once set, it can't be changed. I deleted programs but it didn't delete. I am not happy with the purchase. Contact me if you have any questions.

Wonderful for overseas travel jet lag

Magic for overseas travel jet lag, that I do more than two months a year. Very comfortable and effective in blocking out light and waking you up slowly as promised.

How can I return it

Didn’t work well for us at all

Hi Douglas, sorry to hear that the mask felt uncomfortable for you. It is difficult to fit all shapes of faces, and even the slightest discomfort can cause significant sleep disruptions. We completely understand that.

We appreciate you trying out the approach of moving the electronic insert into other eye masks to see if it worked better. It is unfortunate that none of the masks worked out. A Breakthrough

I’ve been using a sunrise alarm clock for years; every night it’s a toss up…do I wear a sleeping mask for that coveted cocoon induced sleep and therefore not have the sunrise clock awaken me or do I take a chance and count on the sunrise? With the Lumos Sleep mask you get both…quite a nifty invention.
