Hi Richard, sorry to hear that the mask didn’t work out for you. It’s difficult to fit all facial structure, and even the slightest discomfort will make sleep very hard, so we definitely understand that. The mask does require being worn overnight to work, so if you can't wear it overnight (according to your email), it wouldn't work. What some of our customers have done in the past is moving the electronic insert onto a sleep mask that they like and feel comfortable for them. The mask still functions the same, and you can have the comfort from your own sleep mask. Hope this approach helps!
